Transferring Order Details to Bilsoft
Order number, products, quantity, amount, payment type and delivery details are transferred automatically to the Bilsoft Accounting Program.
Matching Customer and Product Details
The customer is matched with the existing account card or a new card is created; products are matched with stock cards via SKU or barcode.
Updating Stock Automatically
Sold products are deducted from Bilsoft stock and the updated quantity is pushed back to your e-commerce site.
Creating the e-Invoice or e-Archive Invoice
The invoice is created as an e-Invoice or e-Archive invoice depending on the customer status and delivered to the customer.
Updating the Order Status
